An employee who came back after leaving was one of our technicians Michell. Michell began his career with us in pre-inspection before working his way up to being one of our best recon tech producers. He has the aptitude and talent to be an amazing master technician one day. This year we've seen him grow past his initial uncertainty regarding his capabilities and have seen major strides that he has made to take pride in what he's doing as well as understand every aspect of what he has accomplished.

Ellie is a service advisor whos worked for K.C.M.S since May. Ellie began her career in the automotive industry when she was a teenager at her father's body shop. Every time the phone rings it's something that we have never heard of before, you know things are always changing every car is different" she smiles before stating "It's just fun because you are learning something every day!"

Todor Hadzhistoev is a Main Line Tech here at Momentum BMW. Hadzhistoev was born and raised in Bulgaria where he worked on semi-trucks with his grandfather. He has been dealing with cars since he was so little his grandfather had to put 2x4s on the pedals for him to move the semi-trucks. He always told his grandfather, "one day, [he'll] work on BMWs." That day finally came, but unfortunately, his grandfather is gone now. A few years ago, Hadzhistoev was going through BMW Step, but got into some troubles and was expelled. After some time passed, he got in touch with long term family friend, FOD Shawn Sharp, who gave him an opportunity and now he is back in BMW Step. He wants the younger generation to never give up and focus on fixing cars. He says, "Put your head and hands in the cars and it will pay off. This can be your career. Everything else can be replaced, but your head and hands, this cannot be replaced."
