Top Shop Challenge: What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?

Big news in our express department! We have started out mentorship program for our express technicians! Every day a few of our express technicians will be paired with a main shop technician so they can get real hands-on experience in the main shop. We encourage all of our express techs to try the mentorship program so they can ensure that becoming a main shop technician is the route they want to want to take.

Top Shop Challenge: What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?

This month we dialed in our internal messaging platform, we are having techs take pictures and videos of their recommendations to help customers better understand the reasoning behind their recommendations. In the month of May last year we did a total of 5020 hours in the shop and this year we did 5664 hours! Thats an increase of 13% for the total shop hours! Going into one of our busiest months we are excited to see what this new photo and video messaging platform can do to help our customers better understand what their cars need to make sure their cars are ready for the summertime!

I'd be happy with just a warm shop in the winter. Heat is limited with garage doors opening and closing all day long. Odds we'd ever get AC would be slim to none. (edited)
