Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

The shop is heated and kept between 65-68 degrees during the winter.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Our team consists of 8 people.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. Overtime is available occasionally, but we encourage people to focus on their personal lives outside of work hours.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

The shop provides all tools and diagnostic equipment aside from basic hand tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

We do not have a formal break room.

How many bays does your shop have?

8 Bays.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

125 RO's per month.

What is your parts ordering process?

The technicians order their parts, with assistance available.

What is your policy on side work?

Sidework can be performed at our facility outside of work hours if a bay is available.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We encourage members of our team to seek further education, and we pay for the classes.

Opportunities over time could include advancing from a mechanic to a senior mechanic or lead technician, taking on additional responsibilities such as training new employees, and becoming a service manager or shop supervisor.
