New technicians are assigned to a team leader who will show them all processes (dealership job flow, software used, PA inspection and warranty documentation requirements, workmanship, and quality standards, etc.) Once ready, the technician will start working on vehicles while shadowed by the team leader for every job. Once the technician is comfortable and showing progress, we will eventually allow the tech to work independently.
