About 15 service techs currently - we are looking to add a few more! 4 Service Writers, we are looking for up to 2 more.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Monday-Friday 7am - 6:30pm Saturdays 7am - 3pm

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All specialty tools from CDJR provided

What type of break room facility is provided?

We have a comfortable, standard break room with table, chairs, microwave, and refrigerator.

How many bays does your shop have?

22

How many repair orders do you average per month?

About 800-1000/month

What is your parts ordering process?

Technicians will order through the service writer. If a part is not in stock, we will order from the local depot and parts are usually delivered next day (if in stock)

What is your policy on side work?

Side work is only allowed on personal vehicles, after hours, as long as pre-approved by management with an RO created.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We have an impressive training program to help grow skills of any level of technician. There is a training program specific to Chrysler employees are encouraged to explore.

We encourage our employees to develop their careers with us! We always seek to help employees grow to their fullest potential, including discussing if they want to move into different positions in the dealership (such as management).

We have a strong mentorship program, with seasoned technicians providing support and guidance to newer technicians.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We are highly involved with the community! We are involved with community activities such as pictures with Santa around Christmas, food drives, fundraisers, and anything else to help our community grow. Each month we recognize one of our local heroes for their heroic work in the field. We honor that man or woman with an award and they are entered into a chance to win a Grand Prize. We proudly support Toys for Tots - a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. In addition, we give away a Jeep Wrangler every year to one school! Schools will sell tickets for $5, but all of the money raised stays within the school itself as we donate the car at no cost.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We work with local schools as much as possible to encourage students to enter the profession. Recently, we ramped up efforts for a student placement program. We are also providing a student scholarship in honor and memory of a late employee.

We will set up and in-person interview as soon as possible after applying. Candidates will meet with the Service Manager to discuss their skills, experience, and what they are seeking in their next opportunity.

Yes, we will complete all of these include a Motor Vehicle Record check.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $0.00 - $104,000.00/year

We are looking for A Level technician with at least 5 years of experience. Bonus if you have experience with CDJR brand, but not required. Technicians can earn up to $50/hour dependent on experience, skills, training, and certifications. Sign On Bonus for qualified candidates!

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $0.00 - $104,000.00/year

We are looking for B Level technicians with at least several years of experience. Bonus if you have experience with CDJR brand, but not required. Technicians can earn up to $50/hour dependent on experience, skills, training, and certifications. Sign On Bonus for qualified candidates!

Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $25,000.00 - $42,000.00/year

We are looking for express service technicians. Our pay is typically $12-$20/hour, based on skills, efficiency, and experience.

Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
