The process begins with a self-assessment where employees evaluate their own performance against established goals and job expectations. This is followed by a one-on-one discussion with the employee's direct supervisor, who provides detailed feedback on strengths, areas for improvement, and progress toward key performance indicators. Key elements of our reviews include: Reviewing accomplishments and challenges from the review period. Setting new performance goals and discussing opportunities for professional development.
