Shop is fully heated and a brand new swamp cooler guarantees that our shop will stay cool during the Summer

We have room for 18 full time technicians at max capacity
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Service is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Rotating Saturday work shift
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All Special tools and scan tools required by Audi are available to all technicians. We are constantly updating our tools to make sure our technicians have the latest and greatest equipment to perform to the best of their ability
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have 2 different break rooms. All break rooms have refrigerators and other appliances to accommodate for a relaxing lunch
How many bays does your shop have?
We have 18 full sized "Twin-Post" lifts. We also have 2 Hunter laser alignment bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Approximately 2000-2200 depending on the time of year
What is your parts ordering process?
We have Audi dedicated parts specialists to accommodate all technicians. Special-Order parts are expedited for fast repairs. Parts request sent via computer in Technicians bay to Parts Counter/specialist. Parts runners will deliver parts
What is your policy on side work?
Side work is available with management approval
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
Shop Foreman has 20+ years experience with Audi. He is non-flagging meaning technicians receive his constant support and assistance to repair Audi's properly. IPads provided for all training and workday experience.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Earn while you learn! We believe in furthering the education of all of our Audi Technicians. All required/available training from Audi of America is paid for. All travel expenses related to training are paid for.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We truly do not want to put any restraints on any technician that chooses to become the best. The more you dedicate yourself to becoming a better technician the more we will pay you.
Can you describe your performance review process?
Performance review is done on an "as needed" basis. Service Director reviews productivity monthly and discusses opportunities for improvement.
What type of safety training is required?
OSHA safety and all KPA safety requirements are strictly adhered to n an effort to create as safe a work environment as possible
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We have Senior Audi Technicians who embrace the Mentor/Protégé work structure. Learn for the technicians who have perfected the craft of working on Audi's. Shop foreman with 20+ years of experience is non-flagging and available for any/all support
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Our entire dealership works with certain non-profits such as The Jeffco Action Center, A Precious Child and the Foothills Animal Shelter. We also sponsor local youth/High School athletics.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We are constantly active with all local trade and tech schools to recruit fresh talent
Where do you see the shop in five years?
Significantly expanded. We break ground on a brand new Porsche facility in Summer 2022 allowing for more room/technicians in our Audi Shop. Upon completion of or Porsche Dealership we will be upgrading our entire Audi facility as well
Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?
Yes we do have an employee application. Application takes about 15 minutes to complete
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
While we prefer to meet all of our prospective future Team Prestige members in person we also accommodate for a phone interviews if necessary
What do your in-person interviews entail?
We discuss a variety of topics from past work experience, how we can benefit mutually from a productive employee/employer relationship and where our technicians want to be in the near future and long-term future.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
All applicants go through a background check, DMV records, drug screening not including marijuana.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
We do not perform a skill assessment, rather we encourage all technicians to be realistic and honest on what skills they have.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
Any offer to hire is dependent on what is discovered through the hiring process. If everything is clean typically it takes 3-4 days for a response
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $90,000 - $140,000/year
Guaranteed "Performance Bonus". "Fast Start" bonus available every month. Our "Guarantee Hours" compensation also pays you for work based on "clock hours" versus "flag hours". We understand that certain jobs take more time then are compensated for. We want to pay you for the actual time you spent working on a job. All training and travel paid for by Prestige. The more you learn...The more you earn!!
B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $90,000/year

We understand that certain jobs take more time then are compensated for. We want to pay you for the actual time you spent working on a job. All training and travel paid for by Prestige. Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $120,000/year
Our Service Advisors are our direct link to our customers and most importantly our customer's satisfaction. Your knowledge of maintenance and warranty items and your ability to convey that to a customer so they can understand the importance of those items is a must. With a positive attitude and a smile on your face we keep Prestige customers coming back for the service they receive maintaining their Audi. Compensation is reflective on ability to sell CP and maintenance..
Student Tech / Apprentice
Student technicians work on entry level tasks while completing their school programs.
Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour
Start your career and grow with a company that will support you every step of the way. You will learn under a Master Audi certified Technician. We will pay for you to further your education and take advantage of Audi's Technician training program. All major shop tools will be furnished by Prestige. Dedicate yourself today and be a leader in our shop in the future, training other new technicians.
Used Car Reconditioning Technician
Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000/year
Experienced Technician who is comfortable working on all makes/models. This is an ideal position for an independent technician who enjoys working on all different types of vehicles. However, if you wanted to transfer to a full time Audi Technician at some point we encourage/pay for all training involved. We have a very steady stream of trade-ins, consignment, purchased, off-lease cars to keep you plenty busy. Scan tools and other special tools provided by Prestige
