What is your parts ordering process?
Advisors will handle all parts ordering. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs

Technicians are allowed to work on their own personal vehicles, and family vehicles
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We will provide reimbursement for any passed certification
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We can help technicians enhance their skill set through trainings they decide to participate in, and working with more advanced technicians in our shop
Can you describe your performance review process?
We provide reviews as needed. If an employee would like to discuss anything, or set up any sort of meeting, our doors are always open
What type of safety training is required?
There is some basic safety training during new hire orientation
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Our more experienced technicians will be available to answer questions and work through repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We will do phone screens or "Zoom" meetings if that works better for the applicants

In-person interview discussion includes the candidate's background, skill set, if they will fit in well with our team, their personality, really just getting the know them

We provide background, and license checks
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No formal skill assessment, assessment is done through the interview process

A couple days to a week

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00/year
Flat-rate pay structure based on the technicians background, certifications, and skill set
