Our Service Advisors process all parts and labor quotes. We utilize electronic ordering for all of our parts suppliers

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We support All ASE Certification Truck Tests: T1 thru T8 The company pays for books, registration, and tests. The commission is paid for each test that is passed & certificate received
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We have Tech1, Tech2 & Tech3 training & growth options available which enable a team member to increase pay structure and/or the option is available to move into a support position such as a Service Advisor.
Can you describe your performance review process?
Reviews are performed every 90 days
What type of safety training is required?
An on-staff safety person reviews all equipment and procedures for day-to-day operations. Safety training is covered in our monthly meetings
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Everyone in the shop has and is always willing to support the younger techs by providing guidance and coaching.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Shop Owner is a lifetime member of Lion's Sight & Tissue Foundation. We have a fully loaded mobile vehicle designed to go out into the community and provide vision tests and glasses for children and adults who are in need. We have a medical doctor who volunteers and is part of the process for testing. These events occur 2-3 times a month across the DFW metroplex. Over 20,000 have been given the gift of sight
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We are on the board for 2 different tech schools and the local high schools where we offer a summer internship

Diesel Tech III - Medium & Heavy Duty - Class 5,6 & 8
Pay Range: $72,000.00 - $110,000.00/year
($34.62 - $52.88/hr)

Your role will be to have: Previous experience as an diesel technician Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Must have a valid Driver’s license Must have your own transportation. What You Will Do: Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Troubleshoot and Diagnose diesel vehicles Conduct multipoint inspection for each vehicle diagnosed Make appropriate recommendations for the customer's original service request Documenting work performed on each vehicle What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: High School or GED Diesel Repair
