Our shop is well-equipped to keep you comfortable year-round. The office is both heated and air-conditioned, while the shop itself is heated for the winter months and features Porta Cool units to help beat the summer heat.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

You'll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team. The shop is currently run by the owner and a technician, and we’re looking forward to bringing in a new hire to expand our team.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Our shop operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, providing a consistent and reliable schedule for both our team and customers.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

To support our technicians, we provide all major shop tools. However, we do require our technicians to bring their own hand tools to ensure they have everything they need for day-to-day work.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Our shop features a standard break room, complete with a refrigerator and microwave, providing a comfortable space for you to relax and recharge during the day.

How many bays does your shop have?

With four service bays, our shop is designed for efficiency, allowing us to handle a steady workload.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

On average, we process 130 repair orders per month, ensuring plenty of work opportunities.

What is your parts ordering process?

For parts ordering, we have a streamlined system in place. Napa delivers parts regularly, with trucks running under the management of Pete, ensuring that we have what we need to get jobs done quickly and efficiently.

What is your policy on side work?

As part of our shop policy, side work is not permitted, allowing us to focus fully on delivering top-quality service to our customers.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We believe in supporting the ongoing development of our technicians. While we don’t have a formal training program, we occasionally offer training opportunities through NAPA programs to help our team stay up to date with industry advancements.
