The shops are heated, and all have great circulation for warmer weather

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Each service drive has a service manager and an assistant responsible for all customer contact and vehicle write-up. Depending upon the shop, we have all levels of technician from Master Level to Apprentices.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Monday- Fruday 7:30- 6:00 PM Saturday- 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM Sunday- Closed

Break room with Lockers

Honda - 8, Ford -12, Toyota/Nissan - 13

How many repair orders do you average per month?

2-3,000

What is your parts ordering process?

We stock many fast-moving OEM parts i-house. If not in stock, special order or pickup as needed.

What is your policy on side work?

Strictly prohibited

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We offer manufacturers training across all of our brand lines. We will send any technician working to better themselves to training at no cost to them.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

Our employees are encouraged to learn new skills across our multiple brands. With training and increased knowledge comes the ability to move up in rank and compensation.

Can you describe your performance review process?

Performance evaluations are typically done at the manager's discretion, however, the company recommends 1-2 performance evaluations per year.

What type of safety training is required?

Currently, Network Safety Training is the only safety training offered through the company.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Our veteran technicians work in close proximity to our younger staff. We encourage our staff-in-training to ask our veteran technicians questions and lend a hand when they can.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Our shops, as well as our entire dealer group, are involved in a host of community functions. From sponsoring youth league sports to participating in community outreach events, we take advantage of every opportunity we can to support our home city!

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We work with local trade schools to raise awareness about employment opportunities post-grad through career fairs and apprenticeships.

Our hiring process includes a 20-25 minute phone interview to get to know applicants prior to scheduling an onsite interview.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

During our on-site interviews, candidates will meet with the hiring manager, discuss the position in-depth, and tour the facilities.

Our hiring process includes a motor vehicle record screening and a personality test prior to making an employment decision.

Our hiring process includes a skill assessment and personality test prior to making an employment decision. The skill assessment generally consists of multiple choice or true/false questions that are purely subjective.

Following an on-site interview, we are usually able to make a decision within 5-7 days.

Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

From start to finish, our hiring process generally takes a week to a week and a half to complete.

Entry Level Technician Pay Range: $31,200.00 - $37,440.00/year ($15.00 - $18.00/hr)

This is an hourly paid position, pay is going to be based on background, certifications, and skill set
