Our level 2 and level 3 techs will work on more difficult repair orders and have younger techs work side-by-side with them in order to learn how to diagnose and repair vehicles above their initial expertise levels. Additionally, if the younger techs have questions regarding a particular job, our shop has the atmosphere to have the more experienced techs assist in fixing the vehicles that they are working on.
