MMT is partnering with John Hancock to offer two retirement plan benefits that gives you a tax-advantaged way to save for your future. MMT offers a traditional 401(k) plan and a Roth 401(k) plan to eligible employees the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Sick Leave Offered
• Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) – Employees must meet federal requirements to be eligible - during this time, you must stay connected with your manager and human resources • Bereavement Leave - In the event of the death of a member of an employee’s immediate family, full-time employees are generally allowed personal leave without loss of pay up to a maximum of three (3) calendar days (capped at 24 hours per year), to include the day of the funeral – available the first of the month after 60 days • Military Leave (Nebraska Only) – Employees with military obligations are temporarily excused for deployment without affecting their employment • Jury Duty Leave – Employees called for jury duty will serve without negatively impacting their employment status or benefits, with compensation – available the first of the month after 60 days • General Leave of Absence (LOA) – MMT may at its discretion grant a Leave of Absence for an extended period of time when other forms of leave are not available - in these instances, the company will determine the length of the leave based on the employee’s and business’s needs
Vacation Offered
• PTO is available to all full-time employees • PTO MUST be requested in Paycom to be paid for PTO • The PTO hourly accrual rate is based on the employee’s years of service to the company • Full-time employees begin accruing PTO on their first day of work, accumulating PTO for each hour worked up to 80 hours in a two week pay period • PTO cannot be used before it is accrued • Employees will be allowed to carry over accrued hours on January 1st each year • Employees will stop accruing when PTO balances reach 1.5 times their annual rate • You must exhaust all accrued PTO before going to an unpaid status • Whenever possible, PTO should be requested in advance and have manager approval, except in the case of illness or emergency
Paid Holidays Offered
Hourly employees who work a company designated holiday (listed below) will be paid time and half for all hours worked during the holiday. Hourly employees who work the holiday will be paid time and half for those hours worked on the holiday (midnight to midnight). Hours worked on the holiday are not included in overtime calculations as these hours have already been calculated at an overtime rate of pay. Whatever hours other than holiday are totaled up to determine if additional overtime is received for the week. The holiday time begins at midnight of the day of the holiday and ends at midnight (24-hour period).
