Currently have 7 advisors - 23 factory trained factory technicians - 12 porter staff
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
7am-6pm Monday through Friday 7am-5pm on Saturday 8am - 12pm on Sunday
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All speciality Audi Factory Tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Spacious break room with a full refrigerator and freezer. Equipped with two microwaves. Kitchen like atmosphere.

24 Bays.

1000
What is your parts ordering process?
Parts department orders necessary stock and special order parts on a daily basis.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Our technicians are 100% trained to their skill levels. Audi Factory web based training and on site training is provided to technicians to keep their level certifications.

Reviews are given by yearly.
What type of safety training is required?
Compliance training is required yearly and offered through our HR department.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Technicians work as a Team. Which is beneficial for younger techs development.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We pride ourselves with being involved with our local community and look for opportunities to continue our support.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We attend job fairs and offer tours of our facility to aspiring technicians who want to enter the profession.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
We reach out and discuss their application and set up a time to meeting personally.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
We get to know our applicant and see what their goals are. It is important to us to know their goals as well as getting to know them personally.

Applicants are questioned on scenarios to test their knowledge.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00/hour
