Tech will write up the order and get it to our parts department. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to finish repairs

We encourage our technicians to continue their educational training. This includes Stars Training that we provide

30-90 day reviews. We will run through the tech's numbers, how things are going, and what they are looking for with training

Senior techs will be available to answer questions and work side-by-side through repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We are heavily involved in our local community with sports, shows, parades, etc.

We are involved in local high schools and Moore Tech

If it's easier for the candidate to begin with a phone screen we can accommodate that.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Discussion for our in-person interviews includes the candidate's background, certifications, and career goals. We end the interview with a shop tour
