2 Techs 2 Managers 1 Tire sales manage 2 Front counter

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

7:00am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday) 7:00am-4:00pm (Saturday, techs can come in at 8:00, we're very flexible with this shift and provide lunch for the team)

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We provide all specialty and diagnostic equipment. We're very proactive when it comes to equipment. If technicians come to us with a request we will definitely look into it and invest in our business

What is your parts ordering process?

Service advisors write up the order form and order parts. We'll receive parts as soon as possible for techs to finish up their jobs in a timely manner

What is your policy on side work?

Side work is ok as long as it doesn't interfere with our customers, or the technicians work time

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

One of the biggest strengths of our shop is our dedication to family. We genuinely want to know our employee's and their families. Making sure they have a good balance between work and home is important to us

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Continued training and education is available to employee's that want to advance their career, and is paid for by the company

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

We're currently looking into expanding our business. That being said, there will be several opportunities for the right person. We're happy to sit down with employee's and talk about career paths and how to get there

No formal review at this time

What type of safety training is required?

From time to time we offer different safety training, nothing that's mandatory, but employee's can attend if they would like

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

We have a very strong team atmosphere. Experienced technicians will work with younger techs when time permits and walk through any questions and repairs

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We sponsor several fundraisers and local events

Not currently, there's not a lot in the area currently

Where do you see the shop in five years?

Right now we're in talks of expanding our business. Putting hard workers around us, and building our clientele will put us and our employee's in a position to succeed

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?

Paper form application but we are transitioning to online applications shortly

If possible, we would prefer applicants to come in for a face-to-face interview

In-person interviews are done by the owner. Discussion includes getting to know the person and their family, career goals, background, and certifications

Lube Technician Pay Range: $12.00 - $19.00/hour

Hourly paid position, overtime available

A Level Technician Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00/hour

We pay our techs by book time, usually we will add to that, rate based on background, certifications, and experience

B Level Technician Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hour

We pay our techs by book time, usually we will add to that, rate based on background, certifications, and experience
