All shops are heated. Glenwood and Clarksville have AC. We are putting AC in Columbia this year, 2024

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

The team size varies by location, typically ranging from 6 to 12 members. Everyone collaborates effectively, consistently supporting each other to succeed.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

We are open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. We are CLOSED on the weekends

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All technicians are assigned a laptop that contains access to Identifix, Pro Demand, and All Data. We also have AutelMaxisys Elits with online support. All BG Equipment

What type of break room facility is provided?

Each break room contains a lunch room and a fridge. Some contain a TV to watch shows while on lunch break. Most of the time the team goes to lunch together.

What is your parts ordering process?

Our front team works diligently to source the highest quality parts, promptly ordering them upon job approval to ensure swift completion. We back our work with a 36,000-mile or 3-year warranty, the best in the industry.

Sidework is permitted on shop days. If you're interested, we can discuss this further during our one-on-one meeting.

We collaborate with CCBC to recruit apprentice auto mechanics, pairing them with our experienced mechanics for hands-on training on their non-school days. We cover their tuition costs and assist in purchasing tools.

As an apprentice, you learn how to become the best mechanic through training. We will them over you up to a progressive pay plan

Auto Mechanic Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $165,000.00/year
