8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Techs can come in and work early, or late, if the job needs it

We provide all safety and major equipment

What type of break room facility is provided?

Large room that includes a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, vending machine, table, chairs

How many bays does your shop have?

34 bays Include 4 frame machines

How many repair orders do you average per month?

160

What is your parts ordering process?

Techs will dismantle the vehicle and go over the repairs with the appraiser. Parts will be ordered as soon as possible for techs to finish repairs

What is your policy on side work?

Side work is not allowed

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

Very clean facility Cars torn down stay inside the storage area

Yes, we encourage our techs to continue advancing their skill set. We provide ICar training, we also provide training for Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, Toyota, Honda, Volvo, Ford, and other certifications

We discuss the techs quality of work, likes and dislikes, and what we can do for advanced training

Safety discussion includes things like glasses, reperator, and clothing

Experience technicians will be available to answer questions, and work side-by-side through repairs when time permits

Collision Technician Pay Range: $15.00 - $30.00/hour

Techs have the option to be paid hourly, flat-rate, or hourly with a commission, salaries will be based on background, certifications, and skill set
