Currently, we run with a 20-man team

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

7:30am-5:30pm

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We provide all Chrysler specialty team equipment, diagnostic equipment, and major equipment. Technicians will have to provide their own hand tools

What type of break room facility is provided?

Our break room provides vending machines, fridge, microwave, table, chairs, A/C and heat

How many bays does your shop have?

All bays have above-ground lifts We also have two heavy truck lifts

How many repair orders do you average per month?

550 per month

What is your parts ordering process?

Very easy ordering process. Techs are provided with their own computer at their workstation. That links up with the advisor and the parts department to make everything very streamlined

What is your policy on side work?

We do not allow side work

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We provide an atmosphere with long-term employees that gives you a chance to make a good living. There's always great people around you so you can fun while you work

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We strongly encourage our team to continue with their training. We provide ongoing Chrysler training, A/C machine training, and Hunter Alignment training at the dealership's cost

For the right employee, opportunities can be endless. Through our tech trainings, technicians can start at the ground level and work their way up. We also provide opportunities to work into management roles

Can you describe your performance review process?

No formal review process. You will work with your manager on a day-to-day basis. If something comes up that you would like to discuss, our door is always open

What type of safety training is required?

New hire training on safety and equipment. We also provide a regular staff safety meeting

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Junior techs will always have the opportunity to ask our more senior techs questions. They will also be available to help with repairs when time permits

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We participate in our local school boards. We also take part in our high school and college advisory committee's

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We have programs set up to employ local high school and college programs

Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?

We also provide I Car training for our collision center

Inperson interviews are conducted by our managers. Discussion includes the candidates background, certifications, skill set, career goals, and getting to know them

Automotive Technician Pay Range: $30,000.00 - $1,000,000.00/year

We pay our techs at the position they are qualified to perform. Techs will be paid based on certifications, and skill set
