No a/c or heating, but the bay doors sit on both sides of the shop to allow airflow.

Monday through Friday 8:00am-6:00pm NO WEEKENDS!!!!
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Automotive scan tool, various timing tool sets, major equipment, etc....
What type of break room facility is provided?
Designated shop area with a table, chairs, microwave, fridge

What is your parts ordering process?
Mostly online orders. Some by phone calls. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete their repairs

No side work allowed at the shop

We don't directly offer skills training or continuing education opportunities, but we're here to assist you in your learning journey.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We are a small shop so there aren't too many positions to move into. We will encourage our technicians to grow in our industry, and improve their skill set
Can you describe your performance review process?
No formal review process. Reviews and discussions will be conducted on a "need be" basis. Employees are always encouraged to come talk with us if anything comes up
What type of safety training is required?
No formal safety training
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We run a very team orientated atmosphere. More experienced technicians will be available to answer questions and help through repairs when time permits

We support our local high school booster club
