At European Autowerks, we encourage employees to prioritize rest and be fully prepared for the workday. As such, we prefer that employees refrain from engaging in side work, any side work that a technician is engaging in is not to be done in the shop or on company property. Employees are welcome to work on their personal vehicles or those of immediate family members in the shop after hours, but we ask that this be limited to those instances. We believe this approach helps maintain a professional environment and ensures everyone can perform at their best.
