Currently have 5-7 team members Looking to expand to 9-11

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We provide major shop equipment and tools, computers but technicians are required to have own set of tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

We provide a room with a refrigerator, microwave.

How many bays does your shop have?

6 total bays 1 dedicated to oil changes 2 tires bays 3 mechanic bays, 1 with hunter alignment rack

How many repair orders do you average per month?

About 180 per month

What is your parts ordering process?

Technicians go through the service advisors to order parts

What is your policy on side work?

All techs are welcome to work on personal and immediate family member vehicles in our facility free of charge

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We pay for continuing education. We do reimburse our technicians for ASE Certification completion.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

We prefer to promote from within, we provide opportunities to learn and grow wether thats to more experienced tech or service advisors.

What type of safety training is required?

None are required but prior knowledge of tools or equipement is preferred

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

We are a smaller team and our more experienced technicians work hand in hand to help less experienced technicians grow and learn.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We are a part of a small community where everyone knows everyone. We work with local nonprofits to help facilitate the less fortunate to get their cars on the road.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Nothing formal at this time

Where do you see the shop in five years?

Opened in June of 2020, expand our team and earn respect and loyalty of local community

Yes we do prefer a phone screen before in-person inteviews

Our in-person interviews include a tour of facility and we focus on expectations and what your primary duties will be.

None are required

We may go through some questions in the interview but nothing formal

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00/year

$38 - $50 Per Hour Flat Rate

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $62,400.00 - $90,000.00/year

Sign On Bonus! $30-$35 Per hour Flat Rate

Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $33,250.00 - $41,600.00/year ($15.99 - $20.00/hr)

$16-$20 per hour Experince with either Tires or Oil Changes or both More than 6 months of automotive related experience
