A team of four techs

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

7am to 6pm M-F, 7am-1pm Saturdays Technician hours 7:30am-5:30pm M-F 7am-1pm every fourth Saturday.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

All manufacture special tools, flush machines, a/c machines, on the car brake lathe, VCM, battery tester, etc.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Technician break room

How many bays does your shop have?

10 bays, 9 Lifts and 1 flat.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

320

What is your parts ordering process?

Estimates and ordering are done electronically

What is your policy on side work?

Immediate and family owned vehicles only

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

A new showroom and service drive is being built.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We provide paid factory training

We do promote from within and provide our technicians with careers paths to help them achieve their career goals

Can you describe your performance review process?

Reviews are conducted yearly. Reviews are an evaluation of appearance, attendance, training, production, repeat repairs, and inspections

What type of safety training is required?

Knowledge of automotive shop safety

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Apprentice techs will be assigned to work under seasoned techs. Seasoned techs will be paid a bonus based on the production. Techs will be available to answer questions, and to work side-by-side when time permits

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We participate in the Susan's Kid's program

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We are on the advisory board for Butler County Community College.

We discuss and determine skill sets, give an explanation of benefits, pay plan, and end with a shop tour.

A background check will be performed.

Yes. We will discuss maintenance and repair experience.

We conduct video inspections that are text directly to our customers. This allows our technicians to speak to the customers and makes the visit transparent. A bonus is paid to technicians who perform video inspections consistently!
