Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Saturdays 8am to 4pm (rotations on Saturdays)

We provide scanners, specialty tools, and major equipment

Employee lobby with table, chairs, and a TV

What is your parts ordering process?
We use a program called NAPA Tracs that handles our ordering process

Not currently
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Continued education is very important to us. We will cover the cost of all ASE's after the technician passes. We're also a NAPA shop, which they provide online and onsite trainings
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We will stand behind, and help as much as we can to see our tech's skill set and education grow. We can help set up career paths for them to achieve all of their industry goals
Can you describe your performance review process?
First review is after 90 days of employment, and then every six months. Discussion includes the employee's performance, quality, work ethic, and teamwork
What type of safety training is required?
Basic safety training that deals with equipment and procedures
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Experienced technicians will be available to answer questions, and help through repairs when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We participate in programs that help veterans with their cars, ASCCA, and were a proud St. Judes sponsor
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We provide local high school internships
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
We prefer in-person interviews
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Interview is done by the owner. Discussion includes the candidate's work history, skill set, career goals, and getting to know them as a person
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Not currently, but this is something we're looking to do in the future

No formal skill assessment. Assessment is done through the interview process
