What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Technician work hours are 8am-5pm M-F Saturdays are on rotation 8am-3pm

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

we provide all special tools, diagnostic tools, and equipment

What type of break room facility is provided?

Airconditioned break rooms with refridgerator, microwave, sink and television.

What is your parts ordering process?

We use Reynolds and Reynolds Advanced Service allowing the service advisor to notify the parts department when repair approval is recieved. the parts department and technician is then notified of the approval and the parts order is placed. The technician is also notified when the part has arrived all without you leaving your bay.

What is your policy on side work?

No side work is allowed on company property or if this conflicts with our customer base and business.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We are a family owned and operated dealer, we have many long term employees and VERY LITTLE turn over, our staff stays with us because we have a great, fun work environment where everyone knows your name and everyone works as a team. we also have two dedicated shop foreman here to help you at any time.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We have a full time trainer on duty, He is a master technician with a great compassion for helping develop your skills and career.

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

We believe in promoting from within, many of our Managers, Shop Foreman, and Trainers have been promoted from within. We promote select technicians into our inhouse training program for career development.

Can you describe your performance review process?

Due to our constant communication with our technicians, performance reviews are done at key training achievements.

What type of safety training is required?

Safety and Compliance training is administered by KPA online and visits to the store throughout the year.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Our team is dedicated to helping each other along with our full time trainer and shop foreman you will never feel stuck and without help.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

As a company we have many affiliations with many charity and community projects

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Yes, we visit career days and support the local school programs

In some cases, yes but in-person interviews are important for both parties. We want you to be comfortable with us as we want to be with you. We want you to see and feel the work environment that we are so proud of.

A tour of the facility, meeting some of our staff, discussing your career objectives and how we can help you achieve your goals.

Ford Service Technician Pay Range: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00/year

Pay rate is determined by your Ford certifications, years as a technician, and specific skills. Your ability to turn flat rate hours determines your annual income.
