This month we would like to shine a spotlight on our technician Jovani Suarez. All of our technician's voted for Jovani to be our Tech of the Month. He has been working with us for 11 years, starting as a lot valet working himself all the way up to becoming a Subaru Master Technician. He entered the car industry because he has always loved being around cars & finds excitement when he is able to diagnose a vehicle. We all love working along side Jovani because he is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help when needed. When he is not being a super star here, he is spending time with his family. Jovani loves being with his wife, his daughters, and his dogs. He loves the outdoors and enjoys going kayaking. Thank you, Jovani, for all that you do for us here!!!
Last week, we celebrated our annual company picnic at Horning’s Hideout. All four of our stores had to opportunity to close early. It is one of the few times out of the year we are able to get all four of our stores together to celebrate our employees with one another. We had a catered Dinner from a local vendor, an open bar, desserts and plenty of activities for our employees and their families. The clown show, cornhole, paddle boats, bounce houses, photo booth, and a mechanical bull were all part of the activities CARR set up for all of us. We also enjoy having a raffle during the event and some of the lucky winners walked away with $300 gift cards, an Apple Watch, a new 65in Sony TV, an Oculus Quest, and a Traeger. We also took time to give special recognition to loyal employees who have been with us for 10,15,20, and 25 years. For their anniversary, these employees were rewarded with a special gift and "Thank You" from our owners and administrative team. We want to thank everyone at CARR Auto Group who helped plan and set up the event for us, we truly appreciate it.
Lastly, we would love to introduce you to our team of technicians. These gentlemen do all of our main-shop work. Each of them are phenomenal at their jobs, and ensure that they look over every inch of our customer's vehicles. Because of this, we are able to ensure the initial concern is resolved, while also ensuring that the vehicle is safe and road-ready for the customer. No matter how difficult the job, the weather, or how busy we are- we know that this team will never fail us. Even when they're busy working away on their own assigned cars, they are all always happy to take a minute to help one another. CARR truly has an excellent team of technicians to keep our shop going and we are so grateful for them!
