Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
The shop is heated with 4 zones. We have central A/C unit for all portions of the shop. Comfort is essential for the team.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
We have 5-7 technicians, 3 shop assistants, one administrative assistant, and a parts manager.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:45-5:00 NO WEEKENDS!!!!
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We have special tools, factory scan tools, ultra sonic cleaner, industrial parts washer... You name it we probably have it.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a locker room, and a full conference room. We also have a full shower and 3 bathrooms.
How many bays does your shop have?
8 lifts and a Hunter alignment rack.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We are typically 2-3 weeks booked out.
What is your parts ordering process?
Communicate with Jessica our parts manager and she will get it done. Parts will be received as soon as possible.
What is your policy on side work?
After some time you will have full access to the shop to work on your own cars, as well as family members. Friends cars are a case by case basis.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We are a team. We work together. Any problem encountered is a problem the shop needs to solve. You will never be on your own with troublesome cars.
