We have 4 teams with about 7 technicians each.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rotational bases.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All Audi required special tools. We also provide tool boxes for your tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have dedicated lunch rooms

In person at the parts counter or electronically through our DMS.
What is your policy on side work?
We don't allow sidework at our facility We allow technicians to work on their family members' and their own cars.

Yes in in-house and in Audi training centers.

We train from porter positions al the way to Audi Master Guild Technician.
Can you describe your performance review process?
We review skills and productivety, efficency, work quality. We set goals and review these at the set dates.
What type of safety training is required?
None; all training is done in-house.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We have dedicated mentors who set goals and follow up on a monthly basis.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We donate to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. We support local sports events. We work with local high schools and support their automotive programs.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We hire from local high schools and offer internships. And participate in their competitions as judges.

Pay Range: $33.00 - $52.00/hour
