Yes, we are an air conditioned and heated workshop
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
The fixed operations department is comprised of 60 associates, including 7 service consultants, 25 technicians, 7 parts consultants and 13 support staff members.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
M-F 7:30-7 Sat 8-4
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Specialized tools and machinery. Common tools are required.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have 2 breakrooms, including our state-of-the-art workshop breakroom space designed for rest or collaboration , accommodating up to 40 people at a time.
How many bays does your shop have?
We have 34 lifts, 1 flat stall, designed for updates and calibrations, and 2 state-of-the-art alignment machines recessed into the floor and designed to accommodate lowered and high performance vehicles and hyper cars.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average 1200+ repair orders per month
What is your parts ordering process?
We order parts once authorization is achieved. We receive a daily stock order.
What is your policy on side work?
We do not allow for side work.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We pride ourselves on employee retention and a non-toxic environment which fosters comradery and production with a "everyone helps each other" culture.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer skill development on a high level as our ever-changing vehicle technologies are quickly and consistently evolving in the Audi environment.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We prefer to promote from within and have many associates that were groomed from an entry-level position.
Can you describe your performance review process?
We perform yearly performance reviews with every associate and twice a year with performance based associates (Technicians and Consultants).
What type of safety training is required?
Safety training is handled on property.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We have an apprentice program and our master and master guild technicians are regularly mentoring up and coming entry level technicians.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We are regularly involved in our local community and attend local events as well as holding events on property.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes, We attend our local public schools and local colleges for recruits.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we will reach out to make sure the candidate is qualified for the position applied for. We prefer service consultants and seasoned technicians have at least 3-5+ years experience before applying.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Our in-person interviews consist of you and I having an opening statement and history of ourselves followed by the applicant explaining work history, personality, and reliability for the position. We will discuss hours of operation, shift hours and weekly commitment, as well as benefits and expectations from management.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, we screen for drivers license infractions, background screening, and drug test.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
Yes, technicians will go through a 2 part interview with the service director and shop foreman then our 2 team leaders, where we will ask a series of skill related questions. Service consultants will interview with the service director and service manager, where we will ask a series of skill related questions.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
Between 3-10 business days.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
This usually takes about 5-7 business days.

Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00/year
Service consultant annual income (This is a performance compensated position and income is dependent on volume and repair/maintenance sales)
