Our shop is heated for comfort during colder months, and we provide cooling fans to help maintain a comfortable environment in warmer weather.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 4 highly skilled technicians who take pride in their work and support one another to ensure top-quality service.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Shop Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekend Rotation: Every other Saturday, providing a great balance between work and personal time.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We are committed to equipping our technicians with everything they need to work efficiently and effectively. Our shop provides: All major tools and specialty equipment, so you can focus on your work without worrying about bringing in extensive toolsets. State-of-the-art diagnostic tools, ensuring accuracy and ease when diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

We recently upgraded our break room facility, providing a clean, modern space for our team to relax and recharge during breaks. Amenities include:
How many bays does your shop have?
12 total bays, including: 4 lifts for versatile service work 8 Volkswagen bays 4 Audi bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We process an average of 470 repair orders per month, keeping our team busy while maintaining a manageable workload.
What is your parts ordering process?
To streamline efficiency and minimize downtime, technicians can order parts through: Our dedicated parts terminal, making it easy to access what you need. The parts counter, where our knowledgeable staff is always available to assist.
What is your policy on side work?
To maintain a professional and focused work environment, we do not allow side work within the shop. Our priority is ensuring that all technicians remain dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our valued customers.

At our shop, we are fully committed to the continuous growth and development of our technicians. We offer 100% Audi-certified training, ensuring that all team members stay up to date with the latest manufacturer standards, technology, and best practices. Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
While we don’t currently have an active program with high schools or tech schools, we have plans in place for future partnerships.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
We begin with a brief phone interview to get to know you better, discuss your experience, and answer any initial questions you may have.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Qualified candidates are invited for an in-person interview with our Service Manager and Parts Director.

Audi Technician
Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00/hour
Pay is based on experience and expertise. For every additional 5 flagged hours beyond your base, you receive a pay increase per hour according to the following structure: 0-39.9 hours → Base hourly rate ($25 - $40 per hour) 40-44.9 hours → +$1 per hour 45-49.9 hours → +$2 per hour 50-54.9 hours → +$3 per hour 55-59.9 hours → +$4 per hour
