We currently have eight Audi technicians
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday - Friday 7am -5pm Saturday - 8am -2pm
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Basic equiptment for communicating with our vehicles. All other tools are the responsibility of the technician
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a full servcie lunchroom with a big screen televison

Parts are ordered when needed through our parts department
What is your policy on side work?
No side work is allowed on the property
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes for our apprentices we do offer factory training

We have a outlined training path that we go over during the in person interview
Can you describe your performance review process?
We do performance reviews once a year
What type of safety training is required?
We do have mandatory in hiuse safety training once a year
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Each apprentice technician that is hired spends his first year with our shop foreman or a lead master technician
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We are very active in our community and participate in many local fundraisers and parades
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
I do have a job listing with UTI for service porters
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we like to chat with the individual before bringing them in.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
During the in person interview process we go over the job description,company vision and benefits
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes we perform background checks on every potential candidate
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
Not at this time
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
This will depend on the position we are looking to fill. Usually a decision is made within 4-5 buisness days
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
The full hiring process can take up to two weeks
Apprentice Technician
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00/hour
Hourly apprentice and that rate depends on experience
