The shop has 17 bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average 1,100 repair orders per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
We use MyKarma for parts ordering.
What is your policy on side work?
Side work is not allowed in the shop. However, technicians may work on personal and immediate family vehicles.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, we provide training through Audi Manufacturer and Dynatron.

Performance reviews are conducted every six months.
What type of safety training is required?
We require standard OSHA safety training.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Yes, we have a structured mentorship program for younger technicians.

We actively participate in local events.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes, we connect and collaborate with schools in the area to support students entering the industry.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, we conduct phone screenings.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
A one-on-one interview with the Foreman, Service Manager (SM), and Service Director (SD).
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, all three are required.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No, we do not conduct a formal skill assessment.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
Typically, 3-5 business days.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
Approximately two weeks.
A Level Technician
Pay Range: $32.00 - $38.00/year
Compensation is based on experience and efficiency, with additional consideration given to ASE certifications and dealer-specific training.

- VOLUNTARY SHORT TERM DISABILITY Donald Automotive Group provides eligible employees, the opportunity to enroll in Voluntary Short Term Disability coverage through Unum Life Insurance Company of America should they become disabled with a non-work-related illness or injury. After being disabled for 14 days for accidents or 14 days for sickness, you may be eligible for up to 50% of your weekly income for up to 11 weeks. This benefit has 3/12 pre-existing conditions. VOLUNTARY LONG TERM DISABILITY Donald Automotive Group provides eligible employees, the opportunity to enroll in Voluntary Long Term Disability coverage through Unum Life Insurance Company of America should they become disabled with a non-work-related illness or injury. After being disabled for 90 days if you are unable to perform your own occupation and upon claim approval, the Voluntary Long Term Disability plan may pay 50% of your eligible pre-disability earnings to a maximum of $5,000 per month for up to 2 year own occupation. If disabled from any occupation and upon claim approval, the plan may pay benefits to your Social Security normal retirement age next. This benefit has 3/12 pre-existing conditions.*

- FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA) Donald Automotive Group, LLC offers both a Traditional Flexible Spending Account (FSA). The maximum you can set aside for 2024 into a health care FSA is $3,200. In addition, you have the option to purchase in a Dependent Care Flexible Spending account to pay for eligible childcare expenses. The maximum you can set aside for 2024 into a Dependent Care FSA is $5,000 (or $2,500 if married and filing separately). Note: Voluntary Life, Voluntary STD and Voluntary LTD-If you do not take advantage of the coverage offer during your initial new hire enrollment and would like to apply for coverage at later time (including the annual enrollment), you will be required to submit Evidence of Insurability or EOI. *A pre-existing condition is a condition, regardless of cause, for which a medical device, diagnosis, care or treatment was recommended or received in the 3 months prior to your enrollment date. The plan will not pay benefits for any pre-existing conditions that result in disability during your first 12 consecutive months of coverage.
