Yes, the shop is both heated and air-conditioned.

Our team consists of 17 technicians and 4 service advisors.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Shifts are either 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a rotating Saturday shift every fourth week.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide all required factory tools as well as commonly used non-required factory tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Our break room is equipped with two refrigerators, ample seating, and an on-site café.
How many bays does your shop have?
The shop has a total of 17 bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average approximately 450 repair orders per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
All parts orders are processed electronically through the repair order system.
What is your policy on side work?
Side work is not allowed; however, technicians are permitted to service vehicles for friends and family.

Yes, we provide ongoing factory training to ensure technicians stay up to date with the latest industry advancements.

We have a strong mentorship program where apprentices work closely with experienced mentors to develop their skills.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We actively support the community by sponsoring a local kids' soccer team and contributing to local charities on a regular basis.

Yes, we work closely with automotive schools and actively support their career fairs to help encourage students to enter the profession.

Our in-person interviews are formal sit-down meetings with the hiring manager, general manager, and a representative from human resources.

MASTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Pay Range: $20.00 - $47.00/hour
All pay is structured based on a grid that takes into consideration both experience and performance. Performance bonuses are applied both annually and monthly.
