Audi Special tools are provided. Tech supplies own box and everyday tools.

Break room complete with table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, drink machine and snack machine.

We have our own dedicated Mentor Technician focused on growing the best of the best.

Annual reviews are performed.

What type of safety training is required?

A total of 22 online Osha training classes are required through complyauto. Techs are compensated for completing this task.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Mentor trains up to 2 techs at a time until tech reaches the point of being a flat rate main line tech.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We sponsor Plastic Ocean Project POP, Boys and Girls Club, Cape Fear Alliance for Trees, feed the Hunger, and many more local sponsors.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Not currently.

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

Sometimes, it is dependent on the applicates location to the dealership.

What do your in-person interviews entail?

One on one with the hiring Manager, skills questions, review of resume and work history, short and long term goals, achievements, Shop tour and introductions. Sometimes multiple interviews.

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

Yes we do these through our Hireology Team.

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

Yes, Hireology applies a skills assessment test to applications.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

This is Job dependent for number of applicants interviewed. Typically within 30 days.

Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?

Ranges from 30-90 days.

Service Technician Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00/year

Technicians are Flat Rate, when hired start with a 60 day 40 hour guarantee.
