We have three shops with a total of 48 bays.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
We are open from 6:30 to 7:00 Monday through Friday 7:30 to 7:00 on Saturdays
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All Audi Special tools, and scan tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Brake room with tables and chairs with sinks, microwaves ,and refrigerator.

How many repair orders do you average per month?
2500-2700
What is your parts ordering process?
we have direct replacement from Audi, overnight on special orders and our own NAPA store.
What is your policy on side work?
Is not allowed , Techs may work on their own cars after hours and on immediate family members cars
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We offer different work schedules for Techs
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer factory training with Audi of America , and have our own inhouse trainer.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
techs have an opportunity to grow into master level technicians
Can you describe your performance review process?
We review techs quarterly , based on hours turned, training levels reached and tenure.
What type of safety training is required?
We do all of our safety training online with a company called KPA
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
we have a tech trainer for all apprentice techs, a shop foreman for all technical questions and higher level techs are always willing to assist younger techs
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
our company does goat drives, toys for tots, blood mobile, and company golf tournament that donates all proceeds to children's charity's
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
we sponsor Maxwell High School automotive program with shop supplies, and speak to classrooms to encourage the trades industry. we are also affiliated Cobb Innovation technology academy.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
No phone screen we just call to set up the interview
What do your in-person interviews entail?
All start with a series of questions , and a personality profile assessment

Yes it is mandatory

No, we do not

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00/year
($28.85 - $45.67/hr)
these are based on flat rate hours turned and master level pay scale.
