Our Field team currently consists of 4 technicians and is expanding. You will work closely with our Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales teams.

This position works in the field at customer sites with varying hours. The days worked are typically Monday - Friday.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Aperia provides technicians with all the necessary tools to install our products.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Dependent on the customer site.
How many bays does your shop have?
Dependent on the customer site.
How many repair orders do you average per month?

What is your parts ordering process?
Technicians communicate directly with our Customer Support team to request parts.
What is your policy on side work?
Technicians should be prepared to work and travel on any day of the week, often with fluctuating hours and short notice.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
Technicians travel throughout the United States and Canada, with occasional travel to Mexico and the EU.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
This is an entry-level position that will not involve any extra training

Can you describe your performance review process?
Performance evaluations are conducted annually. All employees who have been employed for at least 3 months of the evaluation period are eligible.

1-on-1 interviews with team members at our Headquarters and an introduction to the facility.

Yes, we perform a standard background and MTV check.

Yes, tool testing and general technical knowledge.

Field Technician
Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00/year
*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location. **Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
