A Level Technician
It is expected that a Level A technician is master certified. This technician should have the ability to diagnose any problem that comes in. From clunks and grinds to leaks and idiot lights. It is also expected that the Level A Tech is clean and tidy, keeping their work area safe and clean. Must be willing to work with tablets and perform digital courtesy inspections.
