C Level Technician
Jerry Seiner Chevrolet/Cadillac of Salt Lake City seeks a skilled and experienced GM Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for GM vehicles and possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in the automotive industry.

- Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on GM vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Keep up to date with GM technology and advancements through ongoing training and self-study.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair details, estimated completion times, and additional recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours for each service performed.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed repairs.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a GM Technician or equivalent.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing GM vehicles, including knowledge of GM-specific systems and components.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex automotive issues.
- Experience working with diagnostic tools and equipment specific to GM vehicles.
- Familiarity with GM service manuals and repair procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow.
