Another survey got even more specific on the exact time that most Americans feel the Sunday afternoon pain, 3:58 p.m. We bet you can guess why without even reading the study… It’s because they hate their jobs. But life doesn’t have to be this way... we have a solution… We are a family-owned and operated shop and we’re not like other auto repair shops. But don’t take our word for it; let us prove it to you…
HERE’S WHAT WE OFFER OUR TECHS
- ✓GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS – We offer highly competitive pay based on experience (hourly not Flat Rate – up to $40/hr depending on experience and bonus targets) + Holiday Pay/ Vacation Pay, Health Insurance (half paid by us), and 4% 401k match from day 1.
- ✓NO BS $3,000 SIGNING BONUS – If you’re an experienced diesel truck & trailer mechanic with a good attitude, we’ll put an extra $3,000 in your pocket when you come to work for us. The signing bonus will be paid $1,000 after your first paycheck and $2,000 at the end of your 90th day of work.
- ✓WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY –We offer job security and plenty of work so you can stay busy and kick butt! We work with fleets of 1,000+ vehicles. WE WILL KEEP YOU AS BUSY AS YOU WANT
