Level A Technician Ford Master
A Level Technician Requirements: Ford Master Certification with at least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician. Have a strong desire to build a lasting career in the automotive industry with the ability to diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of vehicles. Ensure proper documentation and paperwork is completed accurately for all repairs. Maintain experience and knowledge necessary to perform job functions. Be able to achieve targeted goals, be consistent, and be on-time. Compensation is flat rate and based on experience and efficiency. As an A Level Technician, you can make over $100,000/year! We utilize an efficiency bonus based on weekly production. The higher the efficiency percentage the higher the hourly compensation! Our pay plans for technicians are very aggressive! We pay top dollar for top techs! Valid driver's license required.
