West Town Monona Tire is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. We have become a staple in their community when it comes to vehicle repair, and look to take the next step in our customer service ability. For this position we ask that applicants present themselves in a professional manner. Being customer service orientated, and possessing the ability to keep on task in a fast paced environment will be very important. Working hand in hand with our Technician team, and writing up correct repairs at a fair price keeps the integrity we look for in the shop. Warranty experience would be appreciated, as well as being able to work with computers and programs pertaining to our business. Other job duties will include: -Greeting our Customers -Research Recalls -Assist in Setting Appointments -Open and Close Orders -The Ability to Sell, but Ethically -Communication skills, written and verbal -Time Management -Computer Skills -Calculate Expenses -Draft Repair Orders -Recording Information In Correct Databases -Walk Around Inspection Of Vehicle Upon Writeup And Pickup -Follow-Up With Customer -Unload Daily Shipments -Valid/Clean Driver’s License For all of your hard work we do believe in taking care of our team as well.
