Quick Lane Service Advisor
Quick Lane Service Advisors are part of a collaborative team and are the first welcoming face our Quick Lane customers see when they arrive for service. Ensuring 100% satisfaction, advisors listen, ask questions, and keep the customer thoroughly informed during the entire vehicle servicing process.
Job Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships & ensure needs are met with customers who need maintenance or major repairs, warranty recall, or diagnostic service to vehicles
• Communicate any changes in the cost estimate or promise time with customers
• Provide scheduled check-ins with customers to ensure transparency with service
• Ensure all documentation and repair orders are processed accurately
• Complete proper documentation to best communicate with other service teammates
• Maintains professional appearance.
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Strong focus on customer service (phone & face to face) with a friendly, up-beat attitude
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles strongly preferred
• Reliable & dependable
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must be able to submit and clean background check.
