Technician Trainer
Rochester Ford is currently accepting applications for a Full Time experienced Technician Trainer in our growing business.
As a Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for guiding up to 3 Technicians per year on their journey to becoming Ford Technicians. You will only work on vehicles through your trainees. You will work alongside our Shop Foreman to educate and help grow our team.
