Olathe Ford is the number one fleet and commercial dealership in the nation by sales volume so with that we are expanding operations with a new Ford Pro Elite Fleet and Commercial Service Center! This will be the FIRST of its kind in the nation! We are excited to roll out this groundbreaking service center model that will allow our fleet and commercial customers to always come first, have less downtime, have new perks and receive levels of customer service never seen before. This new facility located across the street from our current location will be a full scale stand-alone operation.

Positions available are as follows.

• Technicians
• Parts Counter Persons as well as shipping and receiving
• Service Advisors
• Service Porter
• Drivers for shuttle, parts runner

• Technicians

We pay up to $45 per flat rate hour along with an additional $5 per hour for warranty repairs! We have a number of techs earning well over six figures per year. We have a substantial customer base and rest assured there is no limit to your earning potential. You will be part of a skilled team, focused on delivering an accurate diagnosis and quality repair to each and every vehicle.

• Parts Positions

• Parts positions will vary in pay amounts and structure. ($35,000-$100,000 annually).

• Service Advisors

• Service advisors have base pay plus commission. Earn extra commission percentages based on customer satisfaction, production hours etc. ($60,000-$100,000+ potential)

   

• Service Porters, Drivers, Parts Runners

• Service Porters will be hourly, starting at $15.69 per hour, ($32,650 annually). Drivers and Parts runners will be hourly with a range of pay based on job duties and experience.
