Light Maintinence
Main shop tech that is considered a parts changer with little diagnostics capabilities, and needs oversight by a more experienced technician. They can also be located in the quick lane. They should have STST certifications in categories 32, 33, 34, 38 at a minimum. This Technician takes a lot of Tire Rotations Alignments, as well as brake jobs Calipers, transmission and differential flushes. They get a lot of small work and cover on the lube rack when we are busy.
