Diesel Technician
We are a locally owned small business with 2 locations. One location is in St Nazianz WI(Miller Implement), the other is in Fond du lac WI(Miller Implement & ProMotorsports). We have about 15 employees at each store. We are always looking to grow & do that with good people. The company has great benefits & is a very good place to work. Our St. Nazianz location specializes in repairs to Construction and Ag. equipment. We are looking to hire an experienced Diesel Technician with knowledge of working on Construction and Ag. equipment!
Qualifications:
- Min of 2-3 years work experience in related field
- Knowledge of Diesel engines
- Knowledge of Agricultural equipment
- Must have own tools
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving history
- General knowledge of computers
Essential Duties:
- Diagnose problem(s) and determine what repairs are required
- Repair, service, recondition, or assemble equipment
- Communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner
- Conduct work in a safe manner and follow company safety guidelines
- Hauling/Cleaning of equipment
- Facility maintenance
- General shop cleaning
Additional:
- Able to follow written work instructions
- Must be able to work independently
- Participate in required training
Physical demands:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
