Senior Technician (A-Tech)
Total Pay Range: $35,360 - $130,000/year
$16-$20 an hour OR commission WHICHEVER IS GREATER! • Alignments • Oil changes • Flushes • Tire Services • Brake replacement • Suspension repair • Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems • Basic knowledge of cooling systems • Basic knowledge of exhaust systems • Basic Diagnostic abilities • Ability to teach less experienced technicians • Moderate diagnostic abilities • Moderate knowledge in suspension, exhaust, cooling systems, evaporative systems, and air conditioning • Moderate knowledge of electrical • Expert knowledge of all vehicle systems • Expert knowledge of electrical systems • Expert diagnostic abilities • 6 to 8 ASE certifications preferred • Desire to train technicians • 5 plus years preferred • Meet productivity Requirements
