Service Coordinator Business Development Center
The duties of a Service Coordinator include taking phone calls and communicating with clients, scheduling client appointments, overseeing and managing information regarding clients and their vehicles, answering or meeting the requirements of clients, purging files, and ensuring the availability of adequate supplies and equipment.
The Business development center aspect will identify clients from the multi brand car parks and reestablish relationships with past clients. Coordinate with vendors to have vehicles picked up and delivered to clients.
