Pay: $30.00 and up hourly/ $130,000 and up yearly

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic procedures to identify vehicle issues and determine appropriate solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Ford vehicles, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and our high standards of excellence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and honestly with customers about their vehicle needs and repair timelines, providing exceptional service and building lasting trust.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology and advancements through ongoing training and certification programs.
