Lube Tech
Job Summary: The Dealership Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance tasks. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services.
Inspect and replace filters, belts, and other components as needed.
Check and top off all fluid levels.
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of services performed.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
